A deposit of 100% is required with Two night reservations, 50%
for all other reservations balance due 2 weeks before stay.

Cancellations must be 90 days prior to stay,less than 90 days
notice no refunds, accomodations can not be sublet or given
to someone else. A fifty-dollar ($50.00) per room processing
charge applies to all cancellations regardless of reason or
amount of advance notice.
